We have an Easy Returns Policy, so you can have peace of mind, while we do our best to Cure you.

The following Refund Policy is applicable to all our Patients who have signed up for Online Treatment at website ’www.KushalOnline.com'

  • For Patients from India, all Return Requests should be made within 15 days after the dispatch of the 1st lot of Medicines.
  • For Patients Outside India, all Return Requests should be made within 50 days after the dispatch of the 1st lot of Medicines.

Total Treatment Plan

1. Canceling the Order before Medicine is Dispatched: 

If you cancel your request for treatment  either within 48 hours of placing an order or before Medicine is dispatched, which ever is earlier; handling charges (as under) will be deducted.

2. Canceling the Order after Medicine has been Dispatched: 

If you wish to cancel your Online Treatment  after First lot of Medicine has been dispatched, handling & shipping charges as under will be deducted. 

For Patients from India: 

Refund is applicable for all Total Treatment Plans except 'One Month Total Treatment Plan’ and within 15 days of dispatch of First lot of Medicine.  The refund will be executed if the medicine parcel is received by us within 10 days of initiation of return request.

For Patients outside India:

Refund is applicabe for all Total Treatment Plans except 'One Month Total Treatment Plan’ and within 50 days of dispatch of First lot of Medicine. The refund will be executed if the medicine parcel is received by us within 6 weeks of initiation of return request.

Cyber Treatment Plan

1. Canceling the Order before First Prescription is mailed: 

If you cancel your request for treatment  either within 48 hours of placing an order or before First Prescription is mailed, which ever is earlier; handling charges (as under) will be deducted.

General Rules regarding our Refund Policy

  • Please note that our Refund Policy is a good-will gesture - towards assuring the patients of our dedication towards providing World Class Online Homeopathic treatment/Services.
  • This refund policy does not denote that the disease will get cured or that patient should be better within four to six weeks, as chronic diseases may take much more time to show initial positive response.
  • If the patient claims to have recovered in a shorter period of time than the Treatment Plan opted for, there will be no refund, as the Treatment Plan includes cost of the treatment up to the period specified.
  • All risk of loss and title are assumed by the client when we discharge the orders to the forwarding or Courier Company. Kushal Online does not take responsibility in the event the medicine package is held by your country's customs or postal authorities. No refund can be given for the medicines which have been dispatched at our end. But you may apply for Refund as per our Refund Policy.
  • Kushal Online does not take responsibility of Loss of Parcel/Medicine in transit, due to wrong or incomplete address provided to us. No refund will be allowed for such errors, however you may provide correct address for next lot of Medicine.
  • Refunds to clients Outside India will be made by directly crediting their card or account used to make the payment. Clients from India will receive a refund either by directly crediting their card/account or by cheque .
  • Any charges levied by the refunding bank or processing company will be borne by the client.
  • Please note that Kushal Online is not liable to give any refund to those patients who do not reply to the Follow up questionnaire incase of Renewal Treatment or for Next Lot of Medicine, even after repeated reminders by e-mails/phone,  such patients will not be liable for any refund nor any medication if they do not respond within three months of due date for the next lot of Online Treatment.
  • Starting of treatment confirms that the patient has agreed to this Refund Policy.
  • Our refund policy is liable to change without notice and at the sole discretion of Kushal Online, with head office in Shahjahanpur, UP, India. All disputes, what so ever would come under the jurisdiction of District Courts, Shahjahanpur, UP, India.
